Rosemary Chicken

Here is a great and quick chicken recipe.  See photos below.

Ingredients:

  • chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup butter or olive oil
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • a few Tbls lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • fresh or dried rosemary
  • salt to taste

Melt butter or pour in the olive oil, add chicken and brown on both sides.  Add wine.  Reduce heat to cook chicken more slowly now.  Add garlic and lemon juice, rosemary and salt.  Cover and let cook for 20 – 30 minutes.

If you want more juices in there, add some chicken broth, maybe 1/2 cup.

Serve with your choice of potatoes and vegetables.

I served this chicken with my delicious roasted potatoes (with rosemary of course), corn, and broiled tomato slices with cheese and garlic on top.
